Timeline

We value your satisfaction more than anything else, hence, we would like to offer you peace of mind and a free refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be offered a refund or exchange unless your case is approved for an exception

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused (pants unhemmed) and in the same condition you received it.

Please use the garment bag to return your suit where the paid return label is already attached. Your suit cannot be returned without the garment bag that came with it. If your package/suit got damaged during the delivery, please reach out to info@bizboyz.shop before starting your refund procedure. 

Processing of Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days depending on the payment method used to make the purchase. If you would like to exchange your suit, then you can place a new order and not wait for refund processing time.
